Connection Troubleshooting


This article lists a few ways you can try fixing your connection to iClicker.


  • Check for software updates for your phone's operating system.
  • Try turning your WiFi off and on again.
  • Try to install the most recent version of the Reef app, or delete and reinstall the app.
  • Log out of the iClicker app and log back in.
  • Restart your phone or computer.
  • Clear your cache.
  • Try using wireless data instead of WiFi.
  • Try using the iClicker web application instead of the mobile app, or vice versa.
  • Make sure your phone has some storage available.
