Summary

Data from the legacy evaluation system (WDYT) was migrated to Blue as part of the transition to the new evaluation tool. Some data was not migrated due to limitations. If needed, contact the Boise State Help Desk to request PDF copies of your past WDYT reports.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to boisestate.bluera.com/boisestate.

  2. You will be taken to your Home Page.

  3. Scroll down to the Reports section.

  4. Click the Archived tab on the left.

  5. Click on the option to view the Historical Report for a specific term; a list of reports for classes from that term will open.

  6. Click on each report for a specific class to open and view it.

Data Availability

The report might not contain all your questions from the old system. College-level, Department-level, and Subject-level questions were all migrated.

The following types of questions were not migrated:

  • Instructor-added questions.

  • Subject+Type questions (e.g., BIOL Lab).

  • Subject+Number questions (e.g., WRITE 201).

  • Department+Type questions (e.g., WORLDLANG Lab).

PDF versions of WDYT reports have been saved and archived by Boise State OIT. If you need historical data not present in this report, submit a request to the Help Desk to obtain a copy of your WDYT report(s).
