Summary

Map ZOOM cloud recordings to a folder other than the default Meeting recordings folder

Instructions

  1. Log in to your Panopto account at https://boisestate.hosted.panopto.com
  2. Log in to your ZOOM account at https://boisestate.zoom.us
  3. Copy the Meeting ID of the ZOOM meeting you would like placed in a specific Panopto Folder
  4. Open Panopto and click on your name in the top right corner of the Panopto screen
  5. Click User settings
  6. Scroll to Meeting Mapping Source
  7. Click Add New
  8. Paste Meeting ID from ZOOM meeting in the box that appears and remove the empty spaces between the digits of the ID
  9. Select the folder you want the meeting mapped to in the Choose a folder dropdown. You can search for your course folder under the Canvas Pilot Top Level folder. 
  10. Click Save
  11. All cloud recording from that Meeting ID will be stored in the specified folder
