This article covers how an instructor can request PDF copies of past reports from legacy eval system (WDYT).

Instructions

PDF versions of all Boise State University Instructor Reports from WDYT have been saved and archived. We can share these reports with you upon request.

Please fill out the legacy system (WDYT) past reports request form.

  • Turnaround time: Within 1 week (7 days).

  • Please only submit the form one time. You will receive all the past evaluations we have archived for you.

  • The term, department, subject, course number etc. fields are used to help ensure we are pulling the correct reports. However, we do not need an exhaustive list. The most important information is the instructor’s username, and particularly any past usernames if the instructor has had a name change.
