Courses Excluded from Evaluations

The Office of the Provost manages course evaluation processes at Boise State. If the Office of the Provost has excluded a course from evaluation, Learning Technology Solutions (LTS) is unable to include the course for evaluations. Likewise, LTS cannot re-include an excluded course.
To request that a course be included in or excluded from evaluation, email LTS@boisestate.edu with the course subject and number and reason the course should be excluded from or included in evaluation. Copy the department chair, who must approve the request. LTS will forward the email to the Office of the Provost for approval.
Exclusion from course evaluation will take effect in the semester following approval.
