Access the Blackboard Archive Environment

Faculty can be granted temporary access to the Blackboard Archive Environment if needed. The standard access time is two weeks.

Reasons why faculty might need access to the Blackboard Archive Environment:

  • To view previous student grades

  • To view the exact layout of a past course site

Instructions

  • To access the Blackboard Archive Environment, fill out the form: Request Access to the Blackboard Archives.

    • In the *Brief description of the purpose of this request box explain why you need access to the Blackboard Archives. If there is something we can grab from Blackboard for you, we can do that!

  • You will receive a notification email from LTS@boisestate.edu when you have access to the Blackboard Archive environment.

 

  • Once you have received the email, go to the Blackboard Archive Environment.

  • Change the drop-down menu below the sign-in box to note you are signing in from Boise State Sign In.

  • You will be re-directed to a Boise State sign-on page. Sign in with your Boise State Username and Password.

  • At the end of two weeks, Archive Access will be turned off.
