Resetting Your Panopto Password

This article will guide you through the steps to resetting the password on your Panopto account.

Instructions

  1. Open the log-in page for Panopto here.
  2. Click on Forgot your Password?
  3. Enter your Panopto username, which would be your Boise State email.
  4. Click on Continue.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email informing you about a password reset.
  6. Click on the Reset Password button in the email.
  7. Enter your security answer and your new password.
  8. When finished, click on the Reset Password button.


If you do not know your security answer, please contact lts@boisestate.edu for a password reset request.

The password reset email expires after two hours.
