Qualtrics provides support via phone, chat, or email.

Instructions

  1. Log into Qualtrics.

  2. Click Help.

  3. Click Contact Support.

  4. On the next, page click Sign in with SSO.

  5. On the next page, enter boisestate (one word) in the Organization ID box.

  6. Select I have a different support request.

  7. Select the Survey Platform product.

  8. Select your preferred method of communications (phone, chat, email).
