Be sure that you completed the steps for installing the browser extension.
Have your Boise State student ID card or driver's license ready.
Remove any non-exam related items from your workspace.
Click the ProctorU icon in your browser toolbar and make sure that you’re signed in to your ProctorU account.
If you’re having to sign in again, remember to enable the “Stay signed in” option on the portal. Close the ProctorU website after signing in successfully. You will launch your exam directly from Canvas.
Log in to Canvas, select the course, and find your exam. After installing the browser extension, a ProctorU screen will appear when you click the exam link in Canvas.
Click the test, then click Begin. A ProctorU panel will appear. Follow the instructions on the screen to verify your identity (See this demonstration video).
The test will begin after you complete the identity verification process.
