Enable Waiting Room

We recommend that you Enable Waiting Room if you have concerns about uninvited participants joining your meeting; you will need to allow Participants into your meeting if you enable this settingThis setting is locked on for all Boise State Zoom meetings. However, Boise State Zoom accounts will “bypass” the Waiting Room and enter straight into the meeting. Only “guests” will need to be admitted from the Waiting Room.
