If your Blackboard course site was requested after July 25, 2020:
If your Blackboard course site was was requested before July 25, 2020 or does not have the Panopto Tool Link:
Click the Panopto Video tool link on the left-hand Blackboard navigation menu for the course
Click Configure
Click Add Course to Panopto
Click Return to Course

If you do not have Panopto Content showing in the Tool area,

go to Course Management > Customization > Tool Availability

Click on Tools on the left-hand Blackboard navigation menu for the course
Click on the Panopto Content link on the right
See red X box below if you do not have Panopto Content available inthe
Tools areaThe space will display a message that says, "This course is not provisioned with Panopto. Before a course can be used with Panopto it must be set up.”
Click Configure
Click Add Course to Panopto
Click Return to Course
Click the refresh button at the top of the left-hand Blackboard navigation menu for the course
The Panopto Video tool link should then show up on the menu
