| This article will guide you through the steps to sharing folders with other Panopto users. |
Instructions
- In your video library, navigate to the folder that you want to share.
- Click on the Share icon at the top right corner.
- Click on the drop down menu under Who has access and select the appropriate group of people that you want to share your folder with.
- To share with specific people, type their name under the Invite people box.
- Select their proper permission to the folder and write an optional message.
- When finished, click Send and Save Changes.

If you're sharing a subfolder within a folder, you can inherit the same permission as the folder. To do this, make sure Inherit permission from folder is selected. |
