The first time you access iClicker Reef through SSO, you will need to link either your Boise State or personal account – whichever one has your iClicker license on it or did in the past. If you previously used your Boise State email for your iClicker account, iClicker will automatically prompt you to link that account after you log in through SSO for the first time. You just have to enter your old password and the accounts will be linkeddon't have an account yet, you will create one. If you need to link your old account, see Linking Old Personal Accounts. If you need to create a new account, skip to Creating a New Account.

If you have both an employee and student account at Boise State, when you log in with SSO you will be logged in to your employee account. There is no way around this, so you must link your employee account to your old account.
Creating a New Account
If you log in using SSO and you have no iClicker account, you will be asked if you want to link an existing REEF account or create a new one. You should select Create A New REEF Account. The account's personal information will be determined by the information in your Boise State account. You will be asked to review iClicker's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Finally, you will be asked to create a password specifically for iClicker REEF mobile apps.
